Please review our refund terms carefully before making any payment.
1. General Policy
All services provided by VK International LV are customized and initiated as per the client's request. All payments are considered final and non-refundable once the service begins.
2. Service-Specific Refund Rules
Hotel/Apartment bookings will be refunded only if we are unable to confirm the accommodation.
Job placement service is non-refundable after the job search process has started, regardless of the result.
No refund will be entertained for IT services, website creation, or marketing once initial work has begun.
3. Exceptions and Processing
Duplicate payments made due to technical error will be refunded after proper verification.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
4. Property & Rental Responsibility
Any damage caused to the rented property during the booking period is the full responsibility of the guest. Legal and financial actions may be initiated in case of violation.
5. Employment Placement Limitation
Once the job is offered and candidate is introduced to employer, VK International LV has no further involvement. Any disputes, dissatisfaction, or issues between candidate and employer will not be our responsibility.
6. Legal Disclaimer
Using our platform means you agree to not hold VK International LV liable for service dissatisfaction unless proven by written communication that the service was never provided.
We do not entertain legal claims initiated with the intention of harassment, blackmail, or refund fraud. All such cases will be reported to cyber crime units.
